Cooking a pork shoulder joint

Hi everybody, I'm hosting a party this weekend and was thinking of cooking a pork shoulder to make pork and stuffing sandwiches for everyone to eat. Could I have your tried and tested recipes for pork that falls to bits once cooked and is really tasty?
Thanks

Trim excess fat. Rub all over with salt brown sugar and paprika. Place in slow cooker. Add a few shakes of Worcestershire Sauce. Cook on low for 8 hours.

I second Annie’s spiced approach. The James Martin spiced pork shoulder on bbc site is a failsafs for me, always devoured. No stuffing though. Good luck!
