Ceramic flan/tart dishes

I've been given two gorgeous white heavy ceramic tart dishes. Only problem is I've never had any luck baking quiche in an old one I used to have - it always came out with the dreaded soggy bottom - so I gave it away Blush

They will be used as serving dishes for salads and things regardless, but is there anything I can do to properly use these lovely ceramic dishes? To make non-soggy quiche, or anything else?

Blind bake your pastry case beforehand

Depending on the depth you could use them for pastry topped pies, biscuit based desserts like cheesecake or creme brûlée
