Hi there

I'm trying to feed the family a lot more healthily and am looking for reasonably priced sellers of nuts and seeds.

Can anybody recommend good quality for a reasonable price online or otherwise? SB wanted £4 for a smallish bag of walnuts yesterday.

Thanks
Paula

Have you tried Suma OP?

BuyWholeFoodsOnline, which you can also get through Amazon. Make sure you store them well though, preferably in the freezer or airtight glass containers if not, or they’ll go off

Costco is also great for a lot of thing, pine nuts are the cheapest there

ASDA or Holland and Barrett if they have a penny sale/BOGOF are the cheapest in my experience, although someone Morrisons in the 'world food' section. Have done a LOT of comparisons!
