Lunch tomorrow, 2 adults, 4 kids - NO COOKING! Suggestions?

Right, I am escaping to work tomorrow morning after a week in the house with chicken pox (dd2, not me). I get back at 12.30pm - and a friend and his two children are coming for lunch at 1. My mind is a blank (all I can think about is calamine lotion and I am sure that isn't in one of the major food groups). Any suggestions as to what I can buy from Sainsburys to feed: 2 adults, one 6 year old, one 4 year old and 2 x 2 year olds??

It has to be something that I can rip open and have on the table with the minimum of effort, if I have to cook anything I think I will probably implode .

Cold meat - ham chicken salami etc from the deli and some readymade salads - potatao, cous cous, tabbouleh, mixed leaves, olives?. Quiche (do real men eat it?)
Add some nice bread - french or rolls, or pitta and dips
A selection of cheese

Can I come too? Ds1 will eat the bread and cheese, ds2 will eat the chicken and ham
