Having just read the prosecco post not sure I should ask, but I want to spruce up a glass of prosecco and wondered whether a nice elderflower cordial would be as good as the liqueur? Thinking of both my budget and alcohol intake but as I have friends visiting I don't want to offer a poor show. Any advice?
