I got katsu curry paste from Morrison's to have for tea tonight but how do I use it?! It doesn't have any instructions on it! I should've looked before I got it :(
PS I know I can make my own but honestly I just want to try the jar out for a change cos I am too lazy to do anything at the moment lol. Thanks everyone

From reviewers on Morrison's website, one says just heat it up then pour it over whatever it is you are having. Another says thin it out with more coconut milk or stock.
So heat it up, if it's too thick or strong then dilute it until it taste nice to you.

I'm pretty sure most Japanese people use curry blocks (you can break off chunks) which just need melting into water, most wouldn't make from scratch.

I use Golden Curry brand. I buy it from Wing Yip or Korea Foods/K mart.

Thank you @happysunr1se

I did add a bit of water in the end and it tasted vile! I am not a big fan of coconut milk and that's all it tasted of! I am going to check out curry bars that you've suggested!

Thank you

Yuck! Katsu sauce should absolutely not contain coconut! Thanks for the warning though - I shall check the label if I buy any! (The Tesco Cook-at-home katsu kits have lovely sauce in them)
