Marrow recipes please

I seem to have a fridge full of lovely marrows to use up and am utterly out of inspiration. Anybody got any good ideas?

Have you tried marrow cake?

Given that they're just big courgettes I just use them in the same way as I would courgettes (Mainly chopping and throwing into everything from curries to lasagne

Bt yes chocolate courgette cake is supposed to be very nice and moist.

Use marrows in a curry the same way you would use a courgette and serve with boiled rice, roti or nan bread.

great in curries or stews.
great one is sliced in half and baked with a filling of sweet potato,peppers.tomotas. bread crumbs gorgonzola and chorizo mix
marrow pancakes.
harissa mince and marrow.
mixed rice and marrow
roasted with all different veggies red onions peppers sweet potatos carrot.garlic.can be served with all meats in pasta etc etc.

at to dauphinoise
in spaghetti and cream sauce with bacon

Marrow cake is fab. Add some ginger or nutmeg and it’s lovely.
