Can you roast sweet potatoes in the oven with not much oil?

Can't remember whether I have done this before or not...

I want to bung them in alongside some peppers and aubergines and so on, will that work if I cut them into chip shapes and drizzle a little oil on?

yes.

yes, but you do need a bit of oil to stop them sticking (esp the sweet potato because it tends to ooze stickiness)

is a small amount of oil ok?

will they be done in about an hour? I should have started earlier I think but I was pissing about on here as usual
