Beef mince boredom - any interesting recipes?

I’m trying to avoid chilli, spag Bol etc. Any ideas? Thanks.

DH made this amazing thing by accident once where he sort of fried it up and put a load of gravy on it and served it with dumplings in the middle - like a cottage pie but with dumplings instead of potato. They were some kind of instant ready made dumpling because of course there was no stew to cook them in but it was really nice.

We also stir fry mince and serve it over noodles, or ramen-style like a noodle soup, sometimes with eggs. It's a total mash of non culture but it's tasty.

Sloppy Joe's, keema curry, kaddo bourani

Thai crumbled mince in lettuce leaves.
Meatballs in spicy sauce.

Mince curry as pp said. Burgers or meatballs, moussaka (it's meant to be lamb but never mind) or use it as a pizza topping. It's also nice fried with onions in a baguette with loads of cheese.

I sometimes make a beef stew with mince - chuck all the veg you need to use up into the slow cooker with the browned mince and stock and a shake of dried mixed herbs. Once when it was too liquidy and I didn’t have any flour I thickened it with paxo stuffing mix and it was delicious!!!

I make a Korean beef rice bowl - not sure how it compares to Nigella’s. Ginger, garlic, chilli, spring onions, soy sauce, dark brown sugar. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if I’m feeling fancy. Really quick and tasty.
