I have just discovered this and love it. Can someone please link to a good recipe and tell me what lentils I should buy?

You could probably start with Jamie and work your way up to more complicated dals. Thwre is a tasty world of lentils out there you will fall in love

Once you've mastered it, it's so easy to make up as you go along using a bit of this and that.

I would invest in a pressure cooker. It was life changing and all the delicious dals are only 15 mins away.

Yep pressure cookers are fab I second that. You dont even have to soak dals if you use pressure cookers.
