I have loads of pasley that i want to use up but i dont know what to use it in. There is so much i cant just garnish a dish it has to be the main ingrediant.
I also have a bit of basil but what else to do with it apart from pesto?
I in addition have loads of rosemary. Have thought about meat cooked onto the skewer but dont know if i have to soak them to stop them burning?
Have usual store cupboard stuff with meat and pasta/rice and some veg mainly carrots and cabbage also cauli and broc.
Ideas welcome.
