Healthy ish sweet snack inspiration

I'm looking for snack ideas for DH. Preferably something I can bake at home. He has quite the sweet tooth and will think nothing of buying a pack of biscuits and finishing quite a lot of them, or a bag of haribo!
He's oddly not fat, he's on the go a lot at work. He eats healthy meals in the evening but skips breakfast on a weekday.
Any ideas? He likes flapjack, but I'm not keen on the amount of sugar/syrup that goes in them.
Thanks in advance

How about oat cookies, if he likes flapjack? I make cookies with loads of dried fruit in them for OH's lunchbox.

Old fashioned cut and come again cakes might work too - like a tea loaf or even a proper fruit cake?

I make a tea loaf and cut in half once baked and cooled. I freeze half for the other end of the week. The other goes in a box for OH's lunches and he cuts it as he wants a bit. He'll have a couple of slices a day.

Popcorn, dried fruit, biscuits such as the belvita breakfast ones or the naked fruit bars and similar - you could probably make these at home yourself too.

These are delicious, and very sweet considering the modest amount of honey/syrup. Please don't be put off by them being dairy-free and gluten-free. They're especially yummy the second day, when they get really squidgy. So easy too.
