So like most people, I use my slow cooker a lot in the winter for soup, casseroles, curry, etc.
However, I'm seriously lacking ideas of what to make this time of year. This week, I'm chucking in a pork shoulder with chopped tomatoes, stock, courgette, pepper, aubergine and herbs. Thats all I got.
Any ideas or recipes you'd care to share? Thanks
