Meals I can freeze

Hi all

We're doing an IKEA kitchen job at the end of the month and I'm expecting to be without a fully functional kitchen for around two weeks.

I'm looking for meal ideas that I can cook and freeze in advance and then reheat for myself, DH, and two fairly fussy DCs.

I'll have one hob and a microwave to cook with.

So far I've come up with spag bol and that's it. I can't eat spicy food (GERD) so things like curry and chili are out.

Any ideas would be gratefully received!

There are plenty of things you can do with just a hob and microwave though so do you want idea for that too?

Thanks Blondie but I already have a few. I was trying to think of freezable things mainly to avoid all the preparation as I'll only have a small workspace.

Pasta bake. Paella. Fish cakes. Fahjita nix (although that's easy enough on one hob)
