Help. Italian-ish cold help youself supper for ten

That I can put out beautiful looking buffet style after a girls' trip to the theatre. I'm thinking something on the lines of chicken, perhaps lemony? Salads? No seafood. And something chocolatey for afterwards. Need to go shopping for to tomorrow and being indecisive....

Bruchesta. Tipping and bread can be made before and assembled in minutes.

Tomatoes, olives, feta cheese, tomatoes, basil, Serrano ham, thinly sliced chorizo, salami with nice crusty bread and a cous cous salad. Followed by chocolate cheesecake/tart with fresh raspberries. I'd eat that! 😉

Charcuterie. Naice cheeses. Posh catchers. Posh chutney.

You lot are great! Chocolate cheesecake and raspberries will be perfect, or could do a Baileys one and I love the idea of the other bits and pieces. Anyone got a good recipe for a centrepiece colourful salad, the sort of thing with roast chicken that I can qucikly assemble. I have all day to cook and enjoy doing it, just can't decide what to do!.

Panzanella always looks beautiful to me, the reds and greens. It can be made a few hours in advance too, just throw basil on before serving

Tiramisu

I’d go for a Sicilian chicken, caprese salad and tiramisu to follow, with anything else mentioned above!!
