Is this too much salt to eat?

Hi! I have made a stroganoff and I am afraid I may have used way too much salt.

I seasoned the chicken with sea salt
I added 2 lamb stock pots
I added 1tsp of Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce and browning sauce!

It will roughly serve 2 people! That's way too much sodium isn't it :( I need to stop adding so much damn salt! Is it still safe to consume?

Crikey.
I’ve never heard of a stroganoff made like that.
It definitely has a lot of salt in. Have you tasted it? Can you add more cream to stretch it out?
If you usually cook like that, and would like to cut down on salt try following a recipe. Hairy Bikers and Good Food are a good place to start.

What a strange recipe!
I NEVER use salt in savoury cooking. Even cooking veg. I like the natural sweetness of the food.
The only time I use salt is a little in baking bread.

Yes it has far too much salt.
As an aside, it's a bit of a strange recipe?

Chicken, lamb stroganoff? New one on me OP

Does it taste salty? You can put an uncooked potato in too absorb salt if so (throw away before serving). If it's edible and neither of you are on low salt diets for medical reason then I would serve it!

You need to start working on reducing the amount of salt in your food if this is indicative of your usual amount?
Why don't you try not adding during the cooking process and then sprinkling some at the table once it's plated?

It is a weird concoction but I didn't have any chicken stock so had to use lamb lol I've binned it now! Going to just have chicken gravy with veg and potatoes lol. It was far too salty I tried 3 mouthfuls and I already feel thirsty so in the bin it goes! That's a lesson learned!
