What to serve with carrot risotto?

We are making carrot risotto out of interest next week.
It doesn't seem like enough on his own though. What would you serve with it?

Salad. Hold the carrot. And the lemon dressing.

Bacon?

It looks nice. I always feel that risotto is better as part of a meal with some salad or fresh veg on the side. I don't eat meat though so mine are always veggie. With meat in it's probably more of a full meal.

Pizza.

Green beans.

Going with pork chops (the suggestion of bacon reminded me I have pork chops in the freezer) plus some green beans on the side. Thanks!
