BBQ - a chicken dish which ISN’T cooked on the bbq

I’m doing a family bbq in a few weeks (approx 25 of us) - we’re going to do sausages/burgers etc on the bbq. I want to cook some chicken too but to make life easy because of the different timings and physical space on the bbq I was hoping that could be done in the oven.

Has anyone got any suggestions on what I could do?

Thanks.

Chicken, chorizo and pepper skewers, easy to just cook on a tray in the oven.

Chicken drumsticks, wings, breasts. Anything at all.

Or what about chicken mayo pasta or coronation chicken? Pre-made. Great with baked potato or bread or corn on the cob

Stuffed chicken breasts are great for casual entertaining and so easy to do.

Korean chicken thighs - www.theendlessmeal.com/korean-paleo-chicken-thighs/

or jerk chicken? Or just some roasted chicken thighs served with a dollop of romesco sauce?

Chicken pieces, coated in nice bbq sauce, baked in oven. Delicious

@AtleastitsnotMonday - would you do those on wooden skewers or does it need to be metal?

Thanks everyone. I should have said, not drumsticks as my lot aren't keen on chicken on the bone Hmm.
Thanks for all the other ideas.

Jamie Oliver’s sweet and spicy beer can chicken! It’s amazing
