Those fajita thingies? Are they easy?

I presume I don't need to buy one of those Old El Paso fajita kits or whatever they're called. It's just a flour tortilla I believe. And then what? Is it basically a stir fry in tortilla? What kind of spices?

stir fry chicken and red peppers (well, anything with red peppers really) and add a touch of chilli, some paprika and a little cumin and coriander. plus salt, although there'll be plenty of that in the tortillas.

serve with guacamole and/or sour cream (i.e. cream with lemon juice). yum.

It does sound good. Guacamole on the side? Or spread over the tortilla?

guac on the side if it's really nice, spread over if not.

dunno if cheese is authentic (or my recipe for that matter!) sounds good though.

onions and garlic also good.

We make a home-made salsa to add to them too (very finely chopped tomato, onion and fresh chilli)

Tomorrow, I shall make some. Thanks guys. Chicken and peppers I think. And guacamole. Or perhaps sour cream. Decisions decisions.
