Just acquired one - is it just for veg? Or can I do meat in it?

Rice, veg. Steamed chicken and fish Is nice don't know about anything else though. Oh and potatoes. I peel the potatoes and just put them in either halved or whole. You can then remove them and eat as is or mash them. Or use it as a precursor to roasting instead of boiling them. Place marking for further suggestions Smile

I get a whole sea bass and stuff it with chilli, ginger and spring onions and do that in one layer, with rice on the bottom and pak choi on the top
I also sometimes do Chinese dumplings (shop bought ones) and when its colder I've done steamed puddings a few times

Ours is too full of veg to put other stuff in it (?)
