FrannyandZooey · 27/05/2007 23:56

Leon - fast food 10 / 10 style

World Food Cafe - gorgeous little place

Sofra - tasty and good value

FrannyandZooey · 27/05/2007 23:57

Check out this menu - we should have a 10 / 10 meet up there

dinny · 27/05/2007 23:58

mmm, we've been going to Tas (Lndn Bridge or Southwark) for about 8 years and love it...so did kids. not a veggie restaurant, but great for veggies and - I imagine - vegans.

dinny · 27/05/2007 23:59

www.tasrestaurant.com/find_us.asp Tas.

Mildreds
45 Lexington Street, Soho, W1F9AN

a classic institution in London link click here

mmmm, just looking at Sofra link, F&Z - we used to go to the one on Vauxhall Bridge Rd...

mmm, I had a halloumi sandwich from our local Lebanese place near work today - lip-smackingly delish.

TooTicky · 28/05/2007 00:08

Wow! Definitely food for thought here
Thank you all for the links.
I'm kinda leaning towards Leons atm. How many people could make a meet-up this Saturday then?

ELR · 28/05/2007 09:18

think its called 'food for thought' very cheap and quite limited menu

TooTicky · 28/05/2007 17:11

Belgo centraal in covent garden is great. They have a fair few veggie options, ot sure about vegan though.
Between 4 and 7 you pay the price for your main meal as it is on the clock,so order at 4.30 and pay £4.30 etc.
Kids seem to like the fact that the waiters are dresed in monk outfits.

try Eat And Two Veg on Marylebone High Street. Delicious food and there is an American diner feel about the place

TooTicky · 30/05/2007 13:17

Thanks keep 'em coming!
