What to do with chard?

I've grown some rainbow chard from some seeds my neighbour gave me. Rather shocked that it's been successful - I do not have a green thumb.

Any ideas what to do with it now other than just hung it in a salad?

Leaves could be cooked like spinach, and the stalks I would sweat in butter, which is the way I tend to do leeks. They certainly need cooking separately as the stalks take longer than the leaves.

It goes really well with gruyere cheese and there are several recipes around for chard and gruyere gratin and tarts.

Curry sounds good. Think I'll have a go on Friday night

i also eat them in omlettes....cooking stalks first, then leaves for a shorter time and then eggs.

I've made this several times. I'm not that fond of chard but love this recipe.

Lovely in a cheese and onion quiche.
Can use in any way that you would spinach - in a curry or stir fry etc
Saute with garlic and bacon bits and add a blob of creme fraiche to make a good pasta sauce.
Use in a dahl.
