Friends over for bbq on Fri - usually big foodies, like us, but have texted to say they are low carbing 
I am planning to do a ricotta and griddled courgette salad to start and then butterflied leg of lamb with mint, lime and tamarind sauce... But with what? Normally I would do something like garlicky cubed roast potatoes.. Any suggestions gratefully received! (Don't break my heart by telling me tamarind isn't low carb... I haven't googled it)
