Help! I have made seafood kebabs and the mixtute is very slack!

It is a Rick Stein recipe, haddock, prawns, spice paste and coconut cream. I think the coconut cream is to blame.

Barbeque being fired up, nothing else to eat, spent an hour making the paste...

Will flour make them taste awful? Ta.

So you have to form patties? I wouldn’t use flour - maybe try breadcrumbs and check seasoning.

Do you mean it's very watery? I would just bring it on a plate to the BBQ and then put them on the hot grill whole they're still dripping with it... It'll burn onto the fish pieces straight away if it's hot enough

It a minced mixture, so it is way too runny. I will try breadcrumbs...
