DH has expressed.an interest in molecular gastronomy (mostly after watching spherication on the Big Bang Theory) and I'd like to get him a book. He is an avid baker. He is not normally very experimental with meals, but likes to have a go at new things. He works in a scientific lab so I think that side appeals to him. Can anyone recommend a book with fun recipes and accessible ingredients. I think he's more interested in the process using traditional ingredients, rather than trying ingredients that are too unusual. And if you are able to recommend a basic kit I'd be very grateful!
