Best veggie chilli recipe

I make veggie chilli a lot by just bunging everything I have in in a pan and hoping for the best.
However ive got guests this week and they’ve requested it. Does anyone have any really good ones?

This one, definitely. It makes all the difference that the sweet potato is roasted first. We are big meat eaters in our house but this always goes down really well.
