Asking all meal prep experts

Going back to work soon so looking to meal prep at least a few things per week.

We are getting a large freezer to accompany our small one but until then my freezer will be full of normal freezer food.

So, my question is, how long can the following just stay in the fridge?

Cous cous salad
Quinoa
Sweet potatoes baked
Baked salmon
Grilled chicken
Pasta (not a dairy sauce)
Courgetti

I'd say a maximum of three days but I know some people prep meals for a whole week, so would you say that's possible with the above?

I'd leave the cous cous and quinoa for four days (as in - make it on a Sunday night, eat Thursday lunch). It wouldn't be perfect by then, and not would it be my choice of lunch, but it would be fine IMO!

Chicken and fish I would only leave for two days.

(Nothing scientific about this, btw, just what I tend to do and it's not killed me yet)

I'm not sure you can meal prep for a while week and leave it in the fridge.

I massively rely on my freezer for this kind of stuff - I know you say yours is full, but if you put a single portion of stew/ Bolognaise/ curry/ ect in a freezer bag, then flatten it out, it hardly takes any space

Thanks a lot!
That is really helpful

Courgetti doesn't last very long. It's a shame, as I love it. Couscous goes dry and a bit crusty if left too long.
Frittata's can last 4 days. Boiled eggs can do a week. Cooked chicken could last 5 if you reheat thoroughly before eating. Cooked new potatoes last well and food in tomato based sauces usually does OK for a while due to the acidity.
