I have been gifted a beautiful bottle of homemade rhubarb gin. Would love to hear your best cocktail/tall recipes for a warm summer evening to best enjoy it please Smile

Put a bit in the bottom of a glass of prosecco.

Or turn into jelly and serve with tonic water sorbet (add plenty of sugar)

Oooh falaffels, hadn't thought to put it with prosecco, that sounds yum, thank you 🌞

I have mine with ice and lemonade and sometimes add some fruit into it. It's lush!!

BeeFarseer · 01/07/2018 20:55

With lime tonic and a splash of elderflower cordial.

Mrsmomo · 02/07/2018 17:31

Hmmm. I must taste some before I can answer your question, OP. Please to bring some round to mine. Grin

Fever tree ginger BEER not ale! It's more gingery!

littledinosaurs · 02/07/2018 18:16

Ohhhh loving the prosecco idea. Bloody love rhubarb gin - very jealous that yours is homemade OP

Ginmakesitallok · 02/07/2018 18:17

I only put it in prosecco if it's a gin liqueur rather than gin. If gin _

ILikeyourHairyHands · 02/07/2018 18:21

Another ginger ale fan here, with a slice of lime.

Mrsmomo · 03/07/2018 01:13

Luckily it's quite a big bottle so I can try out all the suggestions. I will post pics to keep you all suitably mouth wateringly up to date 🌞🌞🌞
