Argh! An mner wrote a book and an emergency food plan and I can't find it!!

I've got the kindle book of austerity housekeeping but the author also posted an emergency budget food plan and I can't find it!

  • this was some time ago and i can't remember her mn nn :(
If anyone knows or has a copy could you post it please? Thanks!
