Vegan meal plan?

Hi I’d like to eat vegan from now on and I’d like the family to eat less meat.
Could I steel your meal plans and ideas please?
I’d like my diet to consist of a 50-75% fruit diet but I want something a bit more exciting than “a bunch of bananas” from time to time. Just to liven things up a bit.

Why so much fruit?

I’m not vegan any more but would be predominantly still...

Ideas are thinks like
Lentil spag Bol/shepherds pie
Jacket with beans
Stir fries with rice noodles
Dahl
Chickpea/veggie curry
Veggie paella
Vegetable fajitas
Easy stuff like mushrooms on toast/chips and beans

Ohmyveggies is a really good blog for vegan food

Thanks for those ideas. In an answer to a PP I love fruit and after reading books such as the 80-10-10 diet by dr Douglas Graham, I’ve decided I need to clean up my eating.

Fruit is actually crazy bad for you. Absolutely full of sugar. Your dentist will see you more often if u follow such a diet!!!

Fruit is not bad for you if you eat 2-3 portions a day and eat it whole i.e. not a smoothie or juice. Vegetables, beans, pulses, nuts, tofu, wholewheat or brown rice/pasta/bread - that's what the bulk of a healthy vegan diet would look like.

My sons dentist begs to differ. We have a list of high sugar fruits to avoid and it’s mist of them!!! Mango is the worst!

Ok, some fruit can be bad for teeth and should be eaten in moderation. But your missing out or making it more difficult to get vital nutrients without fruit in your diet.
