I bought too much cream at weekend for desserts for a function. Have about a litre and a half in my fridge - any ideas what I might do with it? Sweet or savoury.. thanks!

Make icecream? Or it freezes really well - I freeze in ice cube bags so I can add to to porridge, drinks or whatever

Make your own butter (if you've got an electric whisk thing it's really easy).

Equal amounts of chocolate and cream, boil cream, melt chocolate into it, makes nice icing for cakes or nice in small amounts on its own!

What else is in your fridge cupboards?

Use it for coffee instead of milk. Carbonara, or other creamy past. Creamy veg soup, Eton Mess.
