I currently feel like our diet is poor. I am struggling to think of new foods for my meal plans and struggling to get enough veg in aswell.
Apart from the usual fajitas, lasagne etc we have a lot of chicken/salmon with broccoli/green beans but it's so repetitive and would really love to add some variety to our dinners.
Recently I have been getting so fed up with doing the food shop and eating the same thing that I keep buying ready meal/ frozen birds eye chicken type meals which isn't ideal all the time.
Any ideas please?
