Sorry posted too soon!
Slow cooked some lamb for a Sunday lunch. We froze the leftover meat.
Can I now defrost it then put it back in slow cooker to make a stew type thing? Or should it be fried/microwaved rather than slow cooked?

You can do whatever you want with it really, but it might just dissolve into a mess as it will already be very tender. You should be able to just heat it up from frozen or let it thaw and heat it.

I’d defrost it. And let the slow cooker do the rest of the stew, then add the meat a couple hours before finishing... don’t know if that’s ok or not though!

Thank you! That's a good idea.
