Cake decorator in Cromer?

Can anyone recommend a cake decorator in or around Cromer? We're going on holiday there in August and my sister will turn 40 while we're there, so I'd like to get a cake made for her! There will be lots of sugarcraft people/ dogs involved... Thanks!
