Can I freeze meat which has previously been frozen?

The other day I defrosted some lambs mince (uncooked) and made a bolougnase and had some leftovers so I froze it, its occured to me now that I cant freeze meat that has already been frozen, dont use my freezer much in this way so not that savvy with the do's and donts. Has my efficiency been a waste of time?

I don't think you can refreeze i'm afarid.
Next time cook all the lamb and then freeze half.

yes you can refreeze meat as long as its been cooked before you refreeze it. Make sure you reheat it thoroughly though.

Oh yes, sorry i thought you meant you'd re-froze raw meat!

If you cooked it and refroze it should be ok. if it had defrosted and was still raw then not I'm afraid.
