What can I make in the slow cooker during summer?

In the winter months, we use the slow cooker a lot of soup, stews, curry etc.

I'm at a loss of what to make in the summer. I'd like to try and use it at least once a week so save on time, money, etc.

Any ideas what I can make in the warmer months with the slow cooker? I'm making ham in it today to have with potato salad, salad, etc but no clue after that Confused

Should add, it's for me, DP and 15m old DS.

I'd be inclined to use it to slow cook meat for salads.

A whole chicken in the slow cooker is delicious as is barbecue flavoured pulled pork.

Rice type things, can be eaten hot or cold.

Yes to pulled pork/chicken to have in buns with salad stuff.

Curries are great for summer. So is chilli. Add yoghurt to the baby's portion if it comes out too spicy.

I've not done it personally but chicken drumsticks and baked potatoes apparently work well.

What about kebabs?

I use it to cook lentil soups for lunches and to cook dried beans for bean burgers or to add to chilli etc to bulk out the mince.

I made white bean and manchego soup in mine yesterday, going to do mushroom stroganoff tomorrow.
