calories that don't count

I believe the following things don't have as much or any calories in.
Some one else's chips
Broken biscuits ( calories have fallen out )
Cake with icing / butter cream removed
All condiments

All food samples whilst cooking it
The free sample foods that you sometimes get in supermarkets when they're promoting stuff

Anybody got any other ideas

Any good you haven't had to actually buy !
Any food from someone's plate.
Any food that is eaten alone.

( No wonder I'm fat )

If you walk around whilst eating a chocolate bar then it doesn't count 👍

Someone once told me that toasting bread takes all the calories out!!!

hugitout10 · 01/06/2018 21:18

food on holiday is calorie free for me Grin

phlewf · 01/06/2018 21:19

Food you eat out the pan when your returning your plate. Those calories have already been accounted for.

Narya · 01/06/2018 21:20

Food you eat while standing up (the calories fall one floor...)

Angie169 · 01/06/2018 23:47

VariouseVeins ooh I like the idea of bread been toasted has all the calories cooked out , does this work if you put cheese on it too ?

yep as you add them up ( honestly ) as you are cooking so you can not count them twice

Food with holes in - like doughnuts, party rings, that cheese i can't remember the name of, bagels, hula hoops etc as the calories have fallen out of the holes

TerfTerfTerf · 04/06/2018 15:56

Food that you store on top of the fridge, because calories have vertigo and jump out Grin

Babybearsporij · 04/06/2018 19:57

Sweets eaten in the car
No added sugar squash

Any bits you cut off food to make it look neat, you are just tidying up

SummersB · 11/06/2018 03:15

And any food you eat while touching another person, the calories just transfer over to the other person, like electricity does
