Your recipes please - for make ahead cakes and cookies etc which I can freeze and will still taste lovely when thawed

Brownies freeze really well, I use the recipe in nigellas how to be a domestic goddess, which makes loads and is very simple.

Gingerbread and other biscuit / cookie dough can freeze. Ok if you have time to cook the day before. Also many cooked gingerbread will also last well
