Going to attempt to make it at home tomorrow but not sure which type of potatoes to make with it, the obvious is chips but had some today. So was thinking mash or a baked potato.

Diced potatoes. Par boil,chop in cubes and either fry or put in oven,with onions,tomatoes,spices...or whatever takes your fancy
