Quick veggie BBQ help needed

am leaving in about 30 mins and haven't made anything to take to shared BBQ

will chunks of halloumi, cherry toms, peppers and mushrooms, on a wooden skewer, cook ok on a BBQ? Am BBQ dullard, help appreciated

Glad it turned out ok - ie, no burnt veggie skewers!

So we've learnt that wooden skewers are ok, preferably soaked in water for a while. Good stuff.
