Quick! Got chicken thighs (not personally) but no inspiration

I've got a fridge full of veges and a store cupboard but cannot think what to do with some chicken thighs for all of us to enjoy. Any ideas?

put in baking tray cover with olive oil, honey, salt and pepper and a tin of tomatoes and bake - yum!

any wine? I do a Nigel Slater recipe which kind of goes like this:
rub chicken with salt and pepper and fry the chicken in butter and oil skinside down till browned. Then simmer gently for 45 mins.
Take out chicken and add glass of white wine. Stir in all the goo from the pan then return chicken and add couple of cloves of garlic. Cook for another ten minutes with lid on then add parsley and squeeze of lemon.
Serve with mashed potato with the buttery wine juices poured over top. And other veg like beans.
