Inspired by a couple of cake threads that I've seen recently.
I love looking at people's cakes, the good and the bad.
Anyone fancy sharing pics of their cakes?

Thanks! Was my third ever big cake, I'd always stuck with cupcakes but went on a decorating course last year. Here are the other two, the hill one on my course and the Rudolph at christmas.

It was only her 2nd birthday, I just got dead carried away with everything i wanted to try 😂

Ds had two cakes for his 5th one for his party and one on his actual birthday (Christmas eve!).

Oh I love showing my cakes to like minded people. I only bake for family and close friends though. These are my 3 latest ones

Generally a simple baker here, but have been learning some sugar craft v recently. Amazing cakes all, so inspiring!

Oh, that heart cake is super-cute.

First one is a chocolate cake with chocolate icing with a croquembouche cone on top covered in chocolate icing with loads of Ferraro rocker and chocolate fingers and Oreos on top! At the bottom there's donuts which I actually made for the first time. They have Nutella inside!

The other one is step daughters birthday cake I made her, unicorn cake with pink ombré layers.

I know they look very homemadebut I only do it for fun and they always taste amazing which to me of the most important thing.

Oh wow! You are all so clever! I love looking at cakes. I love eating them more though
