Simple quiche recipe

I’ve searched and can see lots of quiche threads, but can’t find a foolproof recipe for a simple cheese and onion quiche? I’ve obviously googled but wondered if anyone had one they could recommend please?

It needs to be simple as I’m limited on supplies and can’t get out to the shops at the moment

BBC good food, best quiche I’ve ever made. Quiche Lorraine recipie with loads of 5star reviews for it, I think there was smoked bacon in it, but you can leave that out. Easy recipie to modify, and fool proof. Love a bit of quiche, and this recipie is good served warm or eaten cold with a salad.
