Thai green curry

Anybody got a good (not too complicated) Thai green curry recipe they'd recommend?

I just get the Thai green curry paste , you add coconut milk and chicken and cashews .. job done , easy peasy.

I should add that I often do it with left over cooked/shredded chicken (or indeed turkey from Christmas still knocking around in the freezer!) rather than always cook with fresh chicken
