Is anyone using the Lakeland mini-size ice-cream maker? We are on our second unit and still don't progress beyond ice-cream soup. This is despite freezing the bowl for about 48 hrs beforehand, following the recipe to the last dot and so on.
The ice-cream maker will churn away happily but the the soup never freezes.
All suggestions for success gratefully received.
