DH and I will be holidaying in France for a week in mid-June. We're driving down and staying in a lovely little gite and plan to cook each evening rather than go out to eat. My question is can anyone recommend a particularly good cookbook that covers French food or suggest any recipes as we'd like to try to recreate some (not too time consuming) French dishes.
