Strawberry cheesecake?

Morning

Looking in fridge I have loads of strawberries and a impromptu BBQ later. I'm thinking strawberry mousse or maybe cheesecake? Have cream cheese, cream, sugar.

Anyone have a lovely tasty recipe they would recommend?

I've never made a strawberry cheesecake, I'm more of a chocolate kind of girl but I found an excellent recipe for terrys chocolate orange on bbc good food (you could use the basics for the base etc) or Jane's patisserie do AMAZING cakes! Her website is really varied so I imagine something on there would be to your liking

Oh fab, thank you. I've just found a white chocolate and strawberry one on there. Might go for that as the White chocolate recipe alone is usually a favourite in this house.
