oh sheeooot .. can I put pimento stuffed queen olives in my roasted veg instead of black

only now I need them I only have stuffed green ones

roasted veg .. for roasted veg lasagne .. planning to stir in some black olives and capers .. don't have black have green

will they work? won't they work?
