pak choi - slice up diagonal in stir frys

chicory - no idea, is this the aniseed one?[working class]

oh i love pak choi, stir fry it with chilli, ginger, garlic and a bit of soy.

chicory can be quite bitter. wrap them in parma ham and cover with cream, sprinkle with parmesan and bake in the oven (could steam them first to cut down on cooking time)

ok we're having thai chicken curry on friday so I could make a stir fry with the pak choi then!

Not sure I am liking the idea of chicory - but the idea of the veg box was to try new things!

Pak Choi: Steam very lightly (5 mins max) then toss in melted butter, garlic and lemon juice. Leave the green leaves on, they really soak up the lemon.
