Any suggestions for a Mexican themed night this weekend?
I have a few ideas like fajitas, nachos but looking for more inspiration

We had a Mexican cooking class not long ago and made ‘orejas’ for dessert. Basically palmiers. They were insanely easy and oh so good!!

Some good suggestions! Especially the tequila thanks

Don't forget all the dips and salsas.
Maybe some quick fried mini peppers to have with drinks?

Margaritas
Jalapeno poppers (basically jalepenos stuffed with cheese)

It's probably more Tex-Mex than genuine Mexican but chile con queso

Don't forget a couple of Mexican style sides such as jalapeño buttered corn, re-fried beans, "fiesta" salad. Lots of suggestions online - Pinterest is good also for Mexican/Tex-mex recipes.

I made these churros yesterday and they were easier to make than I expected and delicious. If you're doing desert I highly recommend them
